Professional on every level, beyond expectations
I called around a few places for a repair on our Jeep. Mike’s prices were in line with the others and we chose them based on all of the reviews we saw. It was a big job, and Mike took the time to investigate if it should be warrantied by the manufacturer. It was not. When they started work, he called to let me know that the job was a little out of their scope and it would need to be done by the dealership in town. He then made those arrangements, and even got our vehicle over to them for the repair. All this help while we were out of town! Not once did I have to call Mike’s for updates, all correspondence was initiated by them. I have never seen such great service and exceptional communication. And for a job they didn’t even do in the end. We are definitely lifetime customers after this experience.
