SCAMMED ME FOR $469 DONT COME HERE

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND LEAVE WITHOUT YOUR CAR FIXED. came in originally because my car did not start and wanted to get the battery, alternator, and starter checked out. Along with that, I needed my AC recharged and my brake light replaced. I was told on the phone that my brake light replacement would be included in the $469 they billed me for. Come to find out “the brake light was too complex and would take too much labor to replace” so they never replaced it. My bill stated my AC was diagnosed, found to br functioning properly, and just needed more Freon so cold air would be coming out. I GOT MY CAR BACK AND THE AC WAS STILL COMING OUT WARM AND THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. I CALLED THEM AND THEY CLAIMED THERE IS “A LEAK” WHEN IN THE BILL THEY SAID AC WAS TESTED ($220 COST) AND ALL IT NEEDED WAS FREON AND THEY STATED THEY PUT MORE IN MY CAR. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY MONEY BACK AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE WITH ME. I DO NOT NORMALLY COMPLAIN LIKE THIS BUT I WAS SCAMMED OUT OF $469 WITH THESE FRAUDSTERS. NEVER GO HERE. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING YOUR MONEY. THEY REFUSED TO EVEN FIX THE “LEAK” FREE OF EXTRA CHARGE WHEN THEY ALREADY CHARGED ME $469!!!!! I REPORTED THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND WILL FILE A CLAIM TO GET MY MONEY BACK!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING, THEY ARE STRAIGHT UP CRIMINALS !!!!

Excellent customer service!!

Mike and his team were so incredible when my car broke down and needed service. They loaned a car to me for the duration and assessed the car trouble right away. They kept me informed and I appreciate their attention to customer service. They take great care of you from start to finish whether buying a car or having a car serviced. Thank you Mike and team!!

Amazing Service

I brought in my car for it’s yearly inspection, and my car was in need of some new tires and an oil change. Mike and his team were able to complete all of this in just two days. I had reached out to them Wednesday afternoon (fully expected to have to wait), but Mike arranged a Thursday 11 AM drop off and had my car back by Friday at 5 PM. Mike gave me multiple tire options with their prices with no pressure to choose one or the other.

As a young woman with rudimentary knowledge on cars I often find the environment of car service providers intimidating, but at Mike’s I am comfortable and confident. I will definitely bring my car back here.

I took my dodge ram there for service. Truck needed water pump, thermostat, and oil change. Mike the owner called me and said " its going to run you about $700 for everything out the door because its a 3 hour job". I agreed to the price. MIKE called me back to say it needed wiper blades aswell a few minutes later. I agreed to having the wiperbaldes done. The bill ballooned to $980. Enough said no misinterpretation here.
