GLUED MY TIRE BEAD!!!
WELL I TRIED MANY TIMES TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE PERSONALLY. I TOOK MY PORSCHE IN FOR TIRES TO BE CHANGED. I BROUGHT THE BRAND NEW TIRES WITH ME. TWO OF THE 4 TIRES SUFFERED A TORN BEAD FROM IMPROPER MOUNTING. ONE TIRE LEAKED FLAT OVERNIGHT SO I BROUGHT IT BACK TO HOPEFULLY BE REPLACED. AFTER MANY DAYS SITTING IN THE LOBBY, A TECHNICIAN TRIED TO GLUE THE BEAD BACK TOGETHER. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE FINE, A MASTER TECHNICIAN HAD DONE IT. RIDICULOUS. CORNERING AT HIGH SPEEDS WITH A GLUED TIRE BEAD. SOOO, I TOOK MY CAR HOME, AND THE TIMING BELT BROKE ON THE WAY HOME, VERY SUSPICIOUS, BUT WHATEVER. SINCE THE CAR HAS BEEN SITTING FOR A FEW MONTHS, THE OTHER FRONT TIRE HAS GONE FLAT. TRIED TO CALL AND REQUEST NEW TIRES, EVEN STOPPED BY. NO RETURN OF MY PHONE CALL OR RESPONSE TO MY REQUEST. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN MY BOOK. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE STATE TO FILE A COMPLAINT.
