Best Mechanic We've Ever Had!
We own a very rusted out Mini Countryman. We tried to get it aligned at Tire Zone, and they said they couldn't break the rusted parts free, so we brought it to Ben at Cooper & Bimmer Experts. He got the parts free so we were able to get the alignment done. We also had a serious oil leak from something around the turbo that had been stinking like crazy from the oil burning off of it, and Ben got that fixed too. We also needed an extra key, and he got that done too. We couldn't be happier with the work he did, and how fast he got it done. And we just found out that to adjust the camber of a Mini Countryman you need special "aftermarket" parts, so I suspect we'll be seeing him again real soon, lol. Do yourself a favor, stay away from the dealer, and go straight to Ben at Cooper & Bimmer Experts. It's the best decision you'll make!
