Zero Integrity...Zero Accountability
I previously left a review on Google that explained how Modern Hyundai threatened to call the police on my disabled 70 year mother after they refused to acknowledge the service agreement that Modern negotiated at vehicle purchase. I have an update. My mother has since taken her vehicle to another Hyundai/Genesis store in which they acknowledged/accepted the agreement without complication. I have emailed both the Modern owner, Mr Fowler, and the store's GM, Mr Wilborne twice regarding the matter. Neither of them have responded. While I'm disappointed, I'm thankful there was another Hyundai dealership who had the integrity to honor the contract that Modern negotiated but failed to honor, themselves. At the least, a formal apology is appropriate. I would greatly appreciate if Mr Fowler and Mr Wilborne would respond to my emails pertaining to the matter.
