Très belle expérience avec toute l'équipe.
J'ai aimé le fait que l'agent qui a eu le premier contact avec eu, a tout fait pour trouver les solutions à mes questions. J'avais besoin d'espaces, et avec son manager ils m'ont proposé un accessoire placé au dessus de la voiture pour porter les effets.

Poor management and disrrspect
The salesman explained everything about the car and the car has no problem but the finance manger I had to deal with does not want me to register the car I don't know why . besides that she doubled the car's price on agreement , she violated my right to cancel the contrat by refusing to give me a copy of it . She asked me to go bring a file number to register the car and went three times without being able to open a file because every time there 's a missing document or they gave me a copy not the original . I waste time and money every time and no body wanted to go with me to do the registration or solve the problem .

I recently traded in my Outlander for a new RVR at Mitsubishi Lasalle, and the experience was VIP from beginning to end. The entire transaction took a couple of hours - I left in a new car the same day - it was super efficient and pleasant from start to finish.
