To whom it may concern, I have not been doing a lot of business with Montshire until recently. I found the wrecker service first to be true to there word. it also gave me a chance to call AAA . I must say they worked good together and for me. then my car had some issues,? we did get to the bottom of it. now a few dollars poorer and lots of dollars richer in safety. I want to know when it needs to be fixed or replaced. all new brakes all around. yes I saw them. it upset me that I had people in my car. well everything has been fixed , I am now driving s safe car on the road. I'm very pleased with with all that Montshire garage and towing has completed for my family and me. Thank you Montshire.

Poor way to deal with a local known customer.
Montshire did not treat me as a valued customer. No one has serviced my car but them for the last two years. Got the same treatment as though I walked in off the street. They refused my check and would not let me return in the AM with cash. I DON'T PAY BANK SERVICE FEES TO USE A DEBIT CARD. The car was being held as collateral until the bill was paid. Period. The decision was the owners, not Ron or Beth, who know me well. I walked to the local bank branch and got cash. So much for customer service and dealing locally. I'm 84, retired, and thought my reputation for being a good customer was worth something. It was not!

Fantastic service! They were incredibly accommodating—made time for me even on short notice. Super patient too; I don’t know much and they always take the time to explain things clearly. And best of all, they’re quick! They always fix things fast and efficiently. Highly recommend!
