Surpassed My Highest Expectations
For the first time because of an advertised $89 alignment, I brought my car to Motomaxx on Hwy 65. My car had just been fixed by my very reliable local garage after my left back wheel had been hit during the . During the alignment work, I was told that it couldn’t be completed because I had a faulty lower left control arm. Since I had just been assured that the damage from on my was fixed, I had caused to pause, wondering if it was true. But the thoroughness of the explanation and the visible proof from the alignment scan showed me that the last job I had done on my car was not done completely. I agreed to the work and the part was ordered, and once the part arrived, the correction commenced. The left control arm was replaced, the alignment was complete and the mechanic took it for a test drive which revealed a pull on the steering wheel to the left. Further adjustments were made that took four test drives to see if the pull was gone. Needless to say, I was grateful and tremendously impressed with the dedication and work ethic demonstrated during my visit. I cannot recommend taking your car for repair here more strongly. I found honesty, competence, fairness, dedication, and skill AND kindness. It’s rare today to find a work ethic like this.
