After having a horrific experience at a VW dealer’s service department, my faith in humanity has been restored. Service department did a sloppy job on a timing service, thermostat replacement and heater core replacement. They had my car for 6 WEEKS! Got the car back with damaged seat and a layer of grime that needed professional steam cleaning. I originally brought the car to HD because the dealership diagnosed the car with a bad fly wheel, than said it would be over 6,000 dollars to fix and they really didn’t want to get into it. So I said ok, bye. I called the office and Samantha got my car in immediately. The fly wheel was ok for now, but repaired a bunch of other things that the dealership missed AND fixed up the sloppy timing service done by the dealership. After being extremely disappointed and robbed by the dealership, I truly appreciate the honesty and fair prices HD offered me. Having a super high mileage diesel, every day can feel like a gamble. But having HD to fall back on to makes life less stressful. After getting my car back from HD, I was absolutely shocked at how well it ran! Work was top notch and Samantha was fabulous to work with. Everyone was upfront and explained everything in a manner that made sense to a non mechanical layperson. Thanks for the quick turn around ( my car was ready in 3 business days!! ) and honesty!!
