My 2010 Ford F250 was making crunching noises at slow speed in 4wd. Kustomz thought I had a bad U joint and they replaced both with my approval. Plus they did several other repairs and charged me $1265 which I did not mind. They also charged me $43 for using my credit card. WHICH I DID MIND. As it turned out they did not fix my crunching noises and told me to stop by and they would take a test drive to see what the problem is. When I came they told me that they did not have time to do that and offered me to leave the truck. Which I did not want to do. In any case they made me very unhappy with their services. And I told them that I will no longer be a customer of theirs.
