Brakes failed while driving
When I put my foot on the brake pedal close to a stop sign, the pedal went almost to the floor and I almost couldn’t stop the car. Very scary. I was close to Murphy’s Automotive where I take my car for repairs. Slowly on back roads I made it to their parking lot. I had no idea when they would be able to fit my car into their schedule. The next day they called to say a part of the brake line had rusted out and broken and caused the brake fluid to leak. They would fix it that day and my car would be ready in a few hours. I was and am still so grateful they checked my car out and were able to repair it so soon. I hadn’t told Joe Murphy I needed the car for a trip because I felt it would have been rude of me to ask for special treatment when I showed up in his parking lot out of the blue and I knew he had so many other customers to take care of. Somehow it all worked out. Thank you so much.

Great service.
