I tried giving you a call earlier and wanted to follow up in writing. I believe there may have been some miscommunication, and I’d like to take a moment to clarify a few points and apologize for any confusion.

You were not charged separately for the battery test. That note is included as part of the battery removal and replacement process and was provided as a courtesy, similar to the terminal cleaning performed during installation. It was not an additional fee.

You were also provided with an exact quote for all services prior to any work being completed. Had any concerns been raised beforehand, we would have been more than happy to review the options and work toward a solution together.
Regarding the mount and balance pricing, our fee is higher than some competitors because we take additional steps to ensure quality and longevity. This includes fully cleaning the wheel surface down to bare metal rather than applying liquid rubber, which helps reduce the likelihood of bead leaks—an issue that is common with aluminum wheels. While this process takes more time, it significantly improves reliability.

Additionally, our tires include a complimentary one-year road hazard warranty at no charge when installed with an alignment at the time of service.
