I was told it was a slow day that my fluid flush would take 2.5 hours and cost 500. Turns out it took 5 hours and cost me 600. A call and an explanation after 2.5 hours would have been nice. Do the mechanics get charge hourly for their labor? Being a slow day it seems to me like the job was milked for hours.
