Great Service, Honest Diagnosis, and Excellent Communication
Great experience with My Mechanic of Abilene! I brought my car in because of a steering wheel shake, and they were able to diagnose the issue and found that my front left rotor was warped. I also appreciated that they were honest and let me know my rear brakes were still in good shape instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need.
Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the customer service was excellent. They kept me informed, explained what was going on, and made the whole experience easy. I’ll definitely be using My Mechanic of Abilene again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable shop.
