Excellent Troubleshooting Effort
David is the best! The rear hatch on my 2009 Tahoe has been giving me trouble, and I took it to him to figure out the problem. Instead of just guessing and replacing parts, David is methodically working through the different possibilities to get to the bottom of it. I appreciate his patience and attention to detail. It's a relief to find a mechanic who is so dedicated to doing the job right.

Geoff and his crew & shop are FIRST CLASS all the way around
Brought in a problematic Jeep Grand Cherokee. Scheduling was easy. The appraisal came in quickly and accurately. Work was done quick and finally fixed a year-long suspension problem.

Rates are fair and competitive.

Geoff runs a great shop!!

Bringing my wife's care in for brakes.

I can’t say enough good things about Geoff and his crew!!! We have been bringing cars here for years and have never had a bad experience! We recently brought our Jetta in for repairs since we didn’t want to take it to the dealership. The team went above and beyond to make the repairs and communicated every step of the way!!!

Safety Check Appreciated
I can’t thank David and NAS enough for the care and professionalism they showed after my teenager was rear-ended and we wanted to double check the integrity of the car. David went above and beyond to inspect everything thoroughly—not just for damage, but to make sure the vehicle was still safe to drive. Jeep grand cherokee
I have brought my other cars to the shop, This time I decided to bring my 2017 Jeep Grand cherokee because of an air conditioning problem, they also found a small leak in the radiator. I also had an extended warranty on it. They took care of everything, they dealt with the warranty company and they even gave me a loaner because the job took a little longer than expected. Definitely a mechanic shop you can trust. The staff, outstanding.

$185 Diagnostic charge
I brought my car in and let the technician know that I believe a hose burst to my radiator. I was called and quoted $650 then a day later was told I needed a cap which was $60. Fine please continue.

I come in to pay for the repairs and my bill was over $873! I asked why it was different and the tech said because that didn’t include the diagnostic fee of $185. I was never told of this fee and most shops waive any diagnostic fee when they complete the work.

Always happy with NAS but in this case not so much. Please call me at 630-788-6528 to discuss further.
