PLEASE READ IMPORTANT WARNING: General Sales Manager Gary (GG) was a hateful liar to loyal Napleton customers 3/27/2025 (I don't like writing this review - but it was towards my wife who is not white and me her husband who is); Gary negotiates and agrees to a car deal but then reverses course and pretends none of it ever happened for some reason - so very strange how everything changed and went downhill after Gary heard my wife's accent. We are really disappointed with Gary and this dealership. This is not a proper or professional way to treat people or do business. Extremely dissatisfied!
