FRAUD
FRAUDS!!!! We bought a CERTIFIED PREOWNED vehicle with a CLEAN CARFAX. When we got home we noticed a dent in the bumper. We contacted them immediately and told them the problem. They told us to come in the next day. That night we looked on their website and found our vehicle being advertised. If you zoom in, you can see the dent when it was in their possession. We went back the next day and they saw the damage. They did NOTHING. Ismael told us that they already lost money on the vehicle and it would cost them $5000 to correct the damage. The manager refused to look up the Carfax. He was not willing to work with us AT ALL. We left without a resolution. We contacted BBB, Auto BBB, and Hyundai Customer Service. They refused to speak to any of them. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that if you are dealing with this group, you do cautiously. I hope you don't have to go through the nightmare we did. And, we still have a damaged bumper that clearly on line 59 of the CERTIFIED PREOWNED INSPECTION REPORT WE RECEIVED FROM NAPLETON'S states, "no visible damage to the bumper," not to mention the CARFAX was a lie too. It had been in an accident. All they had to do is the right thing and fix the bumper.

slimeball service reps
i need brakes on my elantra. i saw marcio last week who informed me i also needed rear rotors. but that he would have to order them. we spoke about price and i made it very clear i could not spend more than 1000. he was going to order the parts he needed. after a week i reached back out and he said he would have someone call me about ordering parts. matt texted me this morning and informed me it was going to cost me 1400 because i also needed front rotors. this was not the conversation marcio and i had prior. he thne got very defensive and told me i could finance the repairs. i am not paying huge interest to finance brakes. i prefer to have them done at the dealership but could have already had them done by a local shop for the price marcio and i spoke about. matt is a slimeball who was trying to weasel a commission out of me. slimey thing to do. i would have already gone to someone else if i knew matt was going to try and change my price and force something on me that i was told prior i didnt need by another service tech. not good business

What's the point of making an apt? The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!
I took my car in for service, on a pre-paid service contract. I had an 11:30 appointment for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early, took my place in the car line, just to get up to my turn, for them to tell me it would be at least 4 hours. So, what's the point of making an apt, if it appears to be free for all once you arrive. They really need to figure out a new way of keeping the appointments that have been made. I will not be returning, and apparently I am out of the pre-paid service contract $. You've been warned, if you want to waste your entire day waiting around, then go for it.

Anthony Orio was amazing and very professional he took his time showing me how to work the gadgets in my new G70 also not to mention Chris who's the GM was very attentive and willing to go the extra mile to make the customers satisfied I'm riding away in my dream car smiling from ear to ear.

Horrible taylorship
Terrible service! They don't answer phones, deliver messages, or return calls. Their phone system is apermitted ie press 1 for maintenance, et cetera, Is then never answer, takes messages and they never call back. When you reach an operator they tell you, or at least that's what the salesman told me on two occasions.
I bought a new hyundai elantra, and sixty days Later, one of the tires developed to bubble on the side wall. They refused To replace the tire for free saying I did not have tire coverage. They were wrong about the tire coverage. I had it but they should have fixed a defective tire even if I didn't have it.
They smile at you and talk with a friendly tone but screw you deliberately. I brought my Car in to have the retire replaced and 2 hours later they told me they didn't have the tire.
If you buy a car from Napleton you better hope you don't have any problems with it. You better not have any questions, either. Because you will have to drive down to the dealer to ask them. Napleton will never get my business again.

Never walk in here again
Second time back to this hell, 5 hours waiting for service. The first time the diagnostic was done wrong and the very next day the problem came back. Second time, another “problem” and 5 hours of waiting for nothing, just an oil change. If you get service, expect to wait your entire day, might as well pack your lunch and bring a blanket for a long nap! Just ridiculous

Terrible Customer Service
Had a great buying experience and ever since a terrible customer service experience with their service department every single time we have to interact with them. We love our Sonata Limited but will never buy another Hyundai because of the terrible customer service Napletons West Palm Beach Hyundai has and the next closest Hyundai dealership is too far away. It is indeed a shame that neglectful ownership ignoring hundreds of complaints of disrespectful customer service and or terrible customer service and or no customer service at all leads to permanently driving customers away from the Hyundai brand altogether.

WORST DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN EXISTANCE.
THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE WAS BUYING A CAR FROM HERE!!! PRICE GOUGED UPWARDS OF 10K DURING THE PANDEMIC AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE GARBAGE. Bought a new car from here and have had nothing but problems with the car itself and with the dealership especially. First service at 5k they did not even fill the fluids up and offered me a free tank of gas because of their shotty service. Instead of filling it with fluids they disconnected the windshield wiper fluid line completely, so could not wash the windows. Next, bring the car in for a light on the dash that the battery is not being cooled, they said they are unaware of any problems, 2 weeks later brought it back because the light will not shut off, and suddenly there is a recall they know all about it, can't drive the car they won't have the parts for over a week, they did nothing but give me excuses and try their best not to get me a rental car, I had to turn into a Karen to get them to provide me with a rental car for the next day, which caused me to miss a doctors appointment and miss 2 hours of work. They actually told me the rental place closes at 4 pm because they wanted to go home instead. Went to talk to sales about buying the car back from me, it's 13,000 miles on it and 20 months old... (Anyone want it ??? Because I DO NOT EVER WANT TO RETURN TO THIS HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP AS LONG AS I LIVE) The sales manager saw I was upset and instead of trying to rectify the situation, he accused me of being aggressive towards him while I backed away and could not believe my ears he said he does not care what the service department does with my car or my rental and said he's going to call the police if I don't leave. The police came and it was quite obvious I was not being aggressive toward him... So instead of handling the situation properly, this manager who is a foot taller than me, actually calls the police and tries to have me arrested because he does not want to listen to any complaints. Thank God for the cameras. (beware, this dealership is toxic af). The car is made like a cheap piece of trash (this is the Limited Model) The steering wheel is a hard plastic that has given me and my son blisters from touching it after being in the sun. I have never seen a car manufacturer that cranks out cars that anyone can steal and has steering wheels that give you blisters. But the real problem is the battery recall, which they knew about and never addressed until I kept complaining about it, refused to give me a loner car, and then having the police called on me because the sales manager was a nasty man who decided it was ok to blame me for their failures. I WARN YOU DO NOT PURCHASE OR LEASE A CAR FROM NAPLETON, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE... Go to Toyota, or Honda, these South Korean cars are trash, go buy a good Japanese car, and go to a Toyota dealership where they treat you the way a customer deserves to be treated. If you don't listen to my advice, you deserve what you will receive from this dealership. P.S. Also I have never visited the service center without watching someone else screaming at the manager. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Bad services
I got to my appointment on time at 7:30am for an oil change. The price I paid included a tire rotation and i had a coupon for a free car wash. I was told it would all be done quick and ended up waiting 4 hours. They returned my car without doing the tire rotation and no car wash. After waiting that long they said they forgot and that I would have to come back another day .

Terrible
Worst service experience and terrible Customer service Ernie Revolta service and parts Director never returns phone calls or emails or texts. As a busy mom I shouldn't have to be dealing with this I shouldn't have to keep calling and calling on some thing they messed up on. I paid to have service and it was not done.

False repair ,charged but not fixed. Terrible service
Terrible service and never fixed a part that they claimed they fixed i (oil pressure sensor) was never changed I had to seek out another Mechanic for a different problem and he checked the oil sensor and he said that it was never changed out all it had was some caulking around it and the part on the receipt from Hyundai does not match the part that they put on the car.
The part on the car is a totally different number than what they claimed to have changed it to. I now will be contacting corporate as well as seeking lawyer and taking legal action. They refused to do anything and never returned my calls. As a mother who uses this car for my kids I'm scared what they do to other people and families vehicles. Don't not trust them.

Absolutely the best service around. Jason deserves 10 stars.
Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. He and Armand made me feel human instead of just a dreaded duty to be performed. Ernie is very personable and kind, as well. My future car needs will be met at Napleton's West Palm Beach Hyundai. When I am ready to purchase, I will look for Ronald.

I bought a Genesis from this dealership and I’m sorry I did. The customer service for this high end luxury car is terrible and unacceptable. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful car. Nobody answers the phone for days on end. It is literally impossible to communicate with them. Next time, I will go elsewhere.
