In 2020, Nathan’s #1 WIG (wildly important goal) is to provide 5 Star Customer Service. We plan on doing that by redoing the office to make it more customer friendly and purchasing a new tablet inspired software system to make communication with our customers easy and seamless. This system will provide pictures and videos to inform and educate customers on needed repairs. Brake repair 1/12/2023
I picked up my Element today, it had been worked on earlier for brakes but the wrong kind were put on. NATHAN'S replaced the brakes with the correct equipment at no charge. Checked on why it was overheating and found that one coolant fan wasn't working and replaced it, and added brake fluids. All in all, over $600. Good work, fair price.

Nathan's was very thorough & texted me a vehicle inspection report after they changed my oil. They weren't pushy, & didn't try to get me to add more services. They even sent photos with my car's report which showed my tire tread, the color of my engine fluids & my air filter. I appreciate their thoroughness. The front desk receptionist is also very helpful and friendly!
