Absolute Nightmare Experience – Avoid National Auto of Waldorf
I purchased a vehicle here on May 30, 2026, and it has been a complete disaster. The dealership completely lost track of the down payment we wired to them and then had the audacity to threaten to press charges against us because of their own internal disorganization. They also consistently lost our sensitive documents, forcing us to provide copies of paystubs, driver's licenses, and insurance multiple times. It has now been over 100 days, and we still do not have a title, license plates, or registration. To make matters worse, they have refused to issue a temporary tag or dealer plate since September 3rd, meaning we are legally stuck making payments on a vehicle we cannot even drive. On top of everything, they sent us a fake title application containing a forged signature. This place is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and operating with zero integrity. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
