Great service
I work near NC Complete Auto Care and stumbled upon them during my lunch break. Within seconds of walking I’m greeted by Bill himself. Very polite and advises me against a service he knows I didn’t need even though I thought I did. That’s solid character. I look forward to bringing my vehicles to NC Complete Auto Care

Excellent service
I was so impressed with everything about NC Complete Care. I had scheduled an oil change and an annual inspection. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
There was no hard sell telling me I needed extra work done. (A pleasant surprise!). The people were professional and pleasant. I will be taking all my care needs to them in the future.

Oil change and tune up done
I made an appointment to have my oil changed and a tune up. Staff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner and all my questions were answered. I will continue to have my car serviced there.

Replaced tie rods and alignment
I set up the appointment for an alignment but also had some parts to replace. I brought the tie rods and Matt
replaced those and did the alignment! Excellent job and grateful they worked with a DIY type customer like myself. There are some repairs I just can’t do. Total satisfaction.

Great Service
Both, the Business Owner and the Technician were very friendly and knowledgeable. Work was done timely and each of my questions were answered.
I also enjoyed conversation with Bill (the owner). He has the passion to what he does. He is both "the old guy" who recognize car problems by listening and touching, as well as "the new one" very advanced, who uses computerized technology.
I recommend this business to others.
