Worst experience ever!
Wanted to be impressed with the service. I asked in the beginning if they were familiar with what needed to be fixed. 3 weeks later and more than couple thousand short, car is still not fixed. Carpeting in car was dirty and the dash has a huge gash in it. Auwe! Shoulda gone straight to Lexus upfront. Car exterior was filthy and tank was BELOW "E"...like wth? Lesson learned. But brooooooooo...cmon! Fast talkers those guys. Told me all kine bs to smokescreen that they couldn't do the job. Just say and I would've picked my car up and taken it to the dealer. This was MY experience. NEVA again!
