After a recommendation by Allstate to use them, drop off seemed easy but the rest of experience was disappointing. Car took over a month to repair, lost key, vanity plate cover removed for no reason and small part missing when I picked up the car. Miscommunication about car being ready to pick up meant i was waiting for it to be completed.
