In for an inspection sticker
Not to happy about surcharge for credit cards but it seems to be common practice around here.So I don't worry about it too much.

Very good customer service, very efficient and you know what it will cost in advance. A very good vendor!

Pleased to work with a truly talented Crew!
Having moved from CT to Warwick RI, I used them initially for an Oil Change from a coupon. The service was great and the coupon adjusted pricing was very reasonable. After a few months I had a bad experience with road conditions that caused damage to my rear shocks and they showed a real team approach to analyzing the situation and providing the parts and labor with the best pricing quote compared to another competitor in Warwick. The complete team at New England Tire were so on top of things and were able to accommodate getting me in, showing their team approach from the front desk to the interactions with the technicians assigned. They even provided transportation to get me home and back the day of the install. After a short time there was an issues with one of the parts failing and took care of me like I was really a valued customer. There was another issue with one of the replaced parts and again were thorough and so nice. They work as a team, truly communicating clearly to me the process and what was needing to be accomplished after two issues. Not being a car person I learned to trust the team and also they were VERY personable and showed their knowledge every step of the way. I will not go anywhere else for my needs with all of them. Mike, Greg, Christian, Mike V were absolutely showing what they know and always updating me every step of the way with getting this situation addressed so properly. Awesome!

I’ve gone to NE Tire for like 5+ years now.
