Repair a tire with a bolt in it
The people were very friendly and knowledgeable however, I feel the price was extreme! My husband got his tire repaired not that long ago and it was almost half the price for him. Felt a bit taken advantage of but didn’t have the time to shop around for pricing.

Trusted Repairs
All Mansfield staff are polite and helpful. I had not done any routine maintenance on my 2011 Honda for quite some time. Although I hadn’t noticed any problems, I made an appointment to have brakes & tires checked as well as the engine components. I was told in approx 45 min they would have finished the inspection & could discuss any needed repairs. I made a cup of coffee with the Keurig and sat in waiting area with TV & local newspaper they provided. In less than an hour I was brought into the garage and given a thorough explanation of the most serious problems needing repair. Non of it was unexpected and I totally agreed that all was necessary. I was assured vehicle would be ready before end of day. I was offered a ride to And from my home. Vehicle was ready for pickup late afternoon. Best news, cost was as estimated, and I thought reasonable for the type repairs needed. I’m a loyal customer and would highly recommend Mansfield Tire for new tires and/or auto repairs!

New Tires
Good Morning, I made an appointment on Thursday last week to get a new set of tires. I dropped off my truck at 8:30 or so and assumed I would get it back by early afternoon. I called at 2:00 and was told that it was just being pulled in to work on. I got a call shortly after that I needed new Brakes and Rotors. I asked for a quote and I was told over 3K! I said it had to be a mistake so the person on the phone said he mistakenly added in another set of tires-the set I was there for so I asked if the Brake work quote was half of the 3K and he said no closer to 2K? No idea of what he was talking about. When I picked up the truck he said he had a lot of walk-ins and I said that's why I made an appointment. I called Firestone and they did the job on Sunday in a few hours for 1K
I have had all of my Mechanical work on my last 2 Trucks and my Wife's car and have bought at least 7 sets of tires from NE Tire over the past 20 years so its regrettable to be treated that way.
Not the end of the world and almost all of your team are great to deal with but I had to vent a bit
