Longtime customer dissatisfied with the customer service
I have been a long time patron Sunoco today was the worst experience that have had their first of all. I dropped my car off yesterday at 11 and I was told you you guys were busy and it was gonna be a while before you could look at it, which is completely understandable when I called today just so happened. My car was automatically ready and then the mechanic was rude to my fiancé touting his experience, but he didn’t know what he was doing plain and simple. Then, when I picked up my car, my windows were rolled down in the car was left unlocked. Tell me how this is good customer service.
