Nichols is now owned by James and Melissa Block and they have remained dedicated to offering the same friendly and quality service that has kept Nichols in business for so many years.

The goal at Nichols is to make you feel like family. We’ve been servicing many families for generations so when you come in you will be greeted with a warm smile, free coffee, Television, WIFI, and a comfy chair for you to get cozy in while we work on your vehicle. We also understand that you are very busy so we also offer courtesy services upon request such as vehicle pick and drop off for those customers who are unable to come in themselves. Fast and honest service
I highly recommend Nichols Automotive for all your repair needs. They are always responsive, quick to service and honest. They never assume myself (or anyone else I know that has used their services ) to not know about their cars and will be straightforward about the work that needs to be done.

Satisfied and happy.
I found Nichols to be very fair and upfront in pricing. I also found that they know what they are talking about and have the mechanics to prove it. Over all i am very satisfied and my truck has not run this good in a very long time. I highly recomend them for your mechanic needs.They have become my go to auto shop for now on.

Kind and knowledgeable
My car was in dire straits and I was a mess. James was very reassuring that they’d get it fixed and on my way. Kept in touch with me the entire time and seemed like he had a great team of experts and knowledge.

0 out of 10 this place is terrible don’t waste your time they will ruin your vehicle and act like it’s not their problem!
Do not take your vehicle here they destroyed my Mercedes engine! Honestly this place should be closed they have no idea how to work on vehicles or talk to customers I will never go back or spend money at this scammer auto shop!

Solved my nightmare
I have taken this car to multiple mechanic shops and have not liked them or trusted them. I trust James and the work that he does, he solved all my problems! No more pesky check engine light, well worth the money spent! He kept in touch every step of the way and recommended the best way to go about this. Spending money has never been so relaxing, I’m able to breathe now. Thank you guys!

Quick A/C Fixed on a hot day
