I have a 2014 JEEP Patriot. Great condition. But because of it's age I have had 3 instances in the past 2 years that needed urgent attention. And Nick's/Pilgrim have come through with flying colors.
HOWEVER, the past 2 times I was surprised to find a $25 Card Processing Fee added to the repair cost. Since the cash was not available I had to use my card. And after the cast of nearly $1200 each for those to repair jobs I the found an additional $25 to process my payment. And was not told in advance of this processing charge. BAD Business Operation.
I will continue to go to Nick's/Pilgrim but next time with cash to pay... and put the burden on them for the exact change back.
