Richard said he had to sit and wait a long time to get the part they needed for his vehicle, and he had a problem when he was trying to pay. They had told him that their visa machine didn't work and they told him if he wanted to get his vehicle out he had to leave and go get cash, so he is not happy at all with their service and will not be going back.
