I called this morning and spoke with Mason. Had a minor issue with a detached engine splash guard. Although not a major problem it was something that had to be fixed to prevent any additional problems. It’s the holiday season and many repair shops did not have same day service. Plus they all want to charge an inspection fee and have the car dropped off only to get back at a later time.
Mason made time for me to stop by for an immediate inspection and was able to do the simple repair right away!
I have never received such fast and honest support from a repair shop.
I will definitely return back when my other vehicles are in need of routine maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend Nick’s OC Auto Service.
