Always reliable, courteous and prompt.. As with other cars of a similar vintage (I have a ‘15 Infiniti Q70), extremes of weather put a lot of stress on batteries after 4 years of regular use. My car “died” in my garage and I couldn’t “jump it”. Nihaal was able to send 2 mechanics with a portable charger which worked like a charm (after several attempts); I was able to drive the car to the station for a new battery. Problem solved!
