Job is mediocre and they will waste your time and money.
This is not the first time it has happened, but never this bad.

After dropping my car off for an oil change at 9am, and making sure it would be ready by 1pm since I had to go to work, at 1:30pm the car was not ready. I decided to take it anyway since I had to go to work but I couldn't, because they couldn't find the car keys. After waiting thirty minutes, my client (I am a freelancer) decided to cancel, and I lost $180. I made sure RICARDO was aware of that, many times, and after hearing no apology but that I should "not worry" and that he was going to "take care of me" I left. At 4:30pm I call to make sure they found my keys, they did. At 5:30pm RICARDO calls me saying that the car was ready, and that he gave me a discount: A $12 DISCOUNT ($105 instead of $117). I respectfully told him that I felt deceived, since he knew very well that their negligence cost me $180 and that he was "going to take care of me". He started saying that I was wasting his time and that if I wanted the car today I had to pay the $105, basically holding the car hostage at a gas station parking lot. I decided to go in person a few minutes later and he started yelling that I was wasting his time, again, and that I was pissing him off, while I remained very calm. Please do not let them waste your time and money, they are disorganized, mediocre, and overpriced. I could have paid $90 for an oil change but had been going there out of "convenience".

On top of that, I explained I the gas cap was loose and that I had a "check engine light" on, he said he would clear it and to bring the car in if the light came back on. When I picked the car up, the light was still on.
