BUT ONE QUAESTION DID MANGER EXPALINED TO YOU BEFORE START THE JOB THAT PLUGGING THE TIRE IS TEMPORARY FIX AND NAIL WHICH WENT IN YOUR GOES SLANT . MANAGER SAID HE EXPLAINED TO YOU AND YOU PAID $25 TO PLUG THE TIRE WHICH THEY PLUG AND $25 IS TIME AND LABOR THEY BRING CAR INSIDE LIFT THE CAR AND CHECK WHICH WHEEL IS LEAKING AIR. EVEN IF YOU CHECK THE INVOICE ITS ALREADY MENTIONED THERE THAT "PLUG IS TEMPORARY FIX NO WARRANTY ON IT" BASICALLY PLUGGING A TIRE IS SORT OF SAYING CUSTOMER MONEY FOR NOT REPLACING THE TIRE AND SENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO BUY THE TIRE. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND WORKING IN 95 F TEMPERATURE AND TRYING TO SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR NOT BUYING NEW TIRE WHICH DOESNOT WORK MEANS $25 REFUND IT AS NOT SHOP FAULT BUT NAIL MAKE A BIG CUT IN THE TIRE
I stopped by to get a small nail puncture plugged. They charged $25 and had me on my way, but within 10 minutes, the tire was already leaking air. When I spoke to the manager about the failed repair, he refused to take responsibility and immediately insisted I needed to replace the entire tire. It's ridiculous that he was unwilling to refund me for their faulty work and instead tried to up-sell me. Unprofessional and dishonest. I left and went to an actual tire shop to get it fixed.
Was disappointed they wouldn’t refund me. It’s a shame. I was a regular there. Will not be going back. Any place that doesn’t care for the customer is not where I want to be.
