However, Ernesto wasn't there and another sales representative told me he would be back in 15 mins and perhaps someone else could help me. I informed him I don't mind if somebody would. Then he left. I waited 20 mins, nobody showed up. So I drove back home.
Genesis is an upstart and need to do better. I remember my experience buying an Infiniti in 2004, when Infiniti were in a similar position to where Genesis is now and they did step up at the time. Overall, disappointed with my wasted time and effort in this case.
