Confused
I was charged a fee for removing my wheel locks from my vehicle because they couldn’t find my key, I understand the fee if I left the vehicle, but I was sitting in the waiting room and even stated that I could come out to find it, when they didn’t come back I assumed they found the key, after being told the reason for the charge, I checked my vehicle and found the lock, not saying they did anything underhanded, why not inform the owner before charging a nice amount of money.
