Poor quality/Poor customer service
In 2024 I took my vehicle to NP Minor Collision Center (NPMCC) to replace my bumper after a fender bender. Six months later the paint started peeling away from the bumper on both side of my car. In April 2025 I took my car back to NPMCC. Instead of owning up to their poor workmanship they blamed the insurance company. NPMCC promised to keep me posted on updates from my insurance company but they never did. I had to call them - once a month - for updates. NPMCC was not honest with me, nor were they honest with the insurance company. Finally in September, my insurance company sent me to another collision center to fix the bumper.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I'm sorry to hear about the troubles you've had with your bumper. It sounds like quite the saga, and not the exciting kind we all hope for after a fender bender. It’s definitely frustrating when things don’t go as planned, especially when communication goes silent. We strive to provide quality service and keep our customers informed, so it seems we've dropped the ball here alongside the paint. Your feedback is important, and we’ll use it to work on our communication and service standards. If there's anything further you'd like to discuss, please reach out. We're here to listen and improve.
