I called the dealership asking for a certified collision center. They referred me to North Ranch in TO, and I am so glad they did. I drive about 15 miles to service my car at the dealership I like, and of course, I was willing to drive 15 miles to get my car’s body worked on at the certified collision center recommended by the dealership. My experience at NR exceeded expectations from the first phone call I made to schedule evaluation to the day I picked up my vehicle. April at front desk, Casey the liaison &, the technicians behind the scenes did a superb job. This place works like a Swiss clock in all aspects. Also knowing that, besides looking like new, my vehicle had to pass a thorough internal evaluation and inspection at the dealership before being returned to me, takes the experience to whole different level.
