We spoke with Mr. Gibson regarding his concerns and being unsatisfied. He advised us that he had not contacted us about the wind noise because he works alot and hasnt had a chance to come by to see us about it. We apologized to him because he felt his truck was dirty upon pick up, we did wash his truck and clean the front area. The remainder of his truck had personal belongings in it that we did not want to move. The customer stated he felt that everything was a big miscommunication and he would be by when work slowed down for us to readjust his door. We want to make sure that every customer is satisfied when the repairs are complete to their vehicle.
