Experience without the hassle
I love that I was told “we don’t want to throw unnecessary parts in it” when the issue was not what I thought it was. Not all shops will make sure you don’t spend money you don’t have to!

AC Recharge
I'm a loyal customer and have been here many times, but this time was for an AC check. They had me in and out in under an hour with my system recharged and UV dye added to try and determine where the leak is coming from over the next month or so. Love the work these guys do.

Felt I was overcharged
They removed the spark plugs, saw some scored cylinders & recommended I get a new engine. For this they charged me $192. I thought it was pretty steep. Not impressed

Quick and Done Right
Dropped my van off to be worked on. Found out Doug has retired, so was a little hesitant as Doug was always honest and did great work. New owner is very nice and has worked there for years. They called me next business day and had the van done already and it was waaaay cheaper than expected. They even fixed another issue with wiring I was having and it was all done right. First time in 2 years no check engine light on. Great shop and great people. Highly recommend!!

2000 mile brake check
I had a 2000 mile drive to Alaska ahead of me and luckily managed to land a last minute brake inspection during a 3 day layover in Bismarck. Brake inspection was thorough and I found staff to be honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated the peace of mind on every long downhill through the Canadian Rockies! Especially while dodging stone sheep, wood bison and caribou along the roadside. Thanks Northland!

Had these clowns install a steering rack cause mine was leaking. Never had power steering problems before they touched it. Got it back,drove halfway home and the power steering quit working. Took it back to them and they said they forgot to tell me to bleed the system. Bleeding the system is part of the process. It shouldn't be my problem. Clowns. Got it back again and had the same problem again. Took it back again. Hopefully it's fixed this time. Clowns

Trustworthy, honest and professional
I take my vehicle to Derek whenever I have issues. He is straight forward, honest and won’t screw you over like other mechanics! He’s the only mechanic shop I’ll take my vehicles to. I highly recommend Northland Performance!!

Honest!
The dealership where I usually get maintenance completed informed me that I needed my rear brake pads replaced. Northland provided price of $400 less than dealership and when Northland looked at my car they informed me that new pads were not needed! I completely appreciated the honesty which allowed me to save money!

I went to north land so I can get my car fixed fast for a trip to Idaho they fixed my car fast and have it ready the same day I went to my trip to Idaho for work and nothing happened on the way back from Idaho thanks north land

Northland performance = TOP NOTCH
Called and explained my issue and I felt heard. They appeared genuinely concerned and got me in right away to look at my vehicle. It was diagnosed sooner then expected and they were honest and very communicative through the entire process. Will only use northland performance from here forward.
