I blew my turbo charger on my BMW X3 on I40 on my way from Nashville to Little Rock. I “limped” into a competitive auto repair shop who immediately recommended Northside for BMW repair. They definitely knew what they were talking about. The guys at Northside’s front desk (Josh?) asked how they could help and once I explained my travels and car problem, they immediately went back into the shop and brought out Doug, the most personable and professional auto mechanic I’ve ever seen or known (I’ve owned cars for 52 years). Doug diagnosed my engine problem (ie blown turbo charger), checked around town for the needed parts, ordered them, took the damaged parts off while waiting for the good parts, (ie to speed up the process and get me back on the road asap), installed the new parts, test drove the car and had me back on the road in only a few hours. I was expecting to spend at least a full day, maybe two to complete these repairs. Lucky for me Northside has the most knowledgeable and competent BMW mechanic in Tennessee. This positive experience was well beyond my wildest expectations. I would highly recommend Northside to anyone in need of auto repair but especially to BMW owners—-Doug is awesome. Thank you Doug and thank you Northside. .
