Bait and Switch
Unethical bait and switch tactics are being used by Jacob. He purposely makes appointments for vehicles that not available. I wasted 2 hours of my time driving back and forth without the decency to notify me that the vehicle was no longer available.

Well done North West Hyundai
I have been searching for a vehicle to carry my tools when I travel.
I found what I thought was a good vehicle at a good price.
On paper and on videos the Santa Cruz looked good so I contacted 4 dealerships looking for the best deal, BAD IDEA I ended up frustrating myself. When I spoke to Jacob at Northwest, He was not pushy and trying to sell me what I didn't want.
In fact they did offer me the most for my trade in and that made me feel good.
Even though North West Hyundai was not the closest I was satisfied with they're hospitality and professionalism.
Folks I tell you the truth, After putting myself through the ordeal of car shopping, I am glad I bought from North West Hyundai and I would recommend them to friends and family.

I had to sign up for the APEX that I really didn't need it.
They said that APEX cancelation would be available within 30 days, but it was not. So, I couldn't cancel the APEX. After paying the $2,000 tuition fee, I learned that I had to read and sign each line carefully when I signed the contract, not just believe the dealer's words.
The Hyundai car itself that I bought is very satisfying. However, if Hyundai Motor wants to become a global company, it needs innovation in dealer shop operation.

Love the cat. But insist on a buyers order
Indiana was great to deal with. We insisted we did not want any of the products that they added to the price that was not listed on an addendum on the window. Also make sure you get a buyers order whether it is a retail or a lease to see exactly what you are paying for.

I was treated with the upmost respect by all those who I encountered. There was no back-and-forth, haggling over prices, pretending to present it to the sales manager when all along you have the ability to lower the price.
