Needless Repairs
Most repairs shops use Automotive OBD readers to check error codes and determine what's wrong with cars today. Nova Automotive does this but still can't seem to determine problems with vehicles. They checked my vehicle and told me it was two of my oxygen sensors, so after replacing them, my check engine light came back on. After that I was told that the other 2 oxygen sensors would have to be replaced. After that was done, when I returned to pick up my car, I was told that the engine light came on again and this time it was the catalytic converter. This should've been diagnosed when the vehicle was first brought in instead of adding on more repairs every week. I'm on a fixed income and don't have money to give away to people doing a bunch of unnecessary repairs just for them to make extra money.
