I scheduled a basic oil ( conventional oil) for a 2015 Nissan Rogue at 21.99 as advertised online. When I brought the car in a nice “service man” told me I can’t use conventional oil on the car because it will damage the engine. The car’s owner manual didn’t require the use of any special engine oil. This guy tried to give me something I didn’t ask for or need. I told him I used conventional oil for the last 5 years and walked out.
