To them to simply tighten the connection. It was the worse thing I could of done. They said the new Alternator was no good, so they replaced ed it and the second Alternator was also defective an ignited on fire after installation. So they had to put a third Alternator in an charged me 500.00 $ . I contacted the original location where I brought the first Alternator and they said at no time whatsoever was the original Alternator returned for a second. When I confronted the owner at nut buddy's, he screamed an yelled an became very aggressive. THEY ARE CROOKS AN RUDE TO WOMAN CUSTOMERS. I have reported them to the better business bureau. I strongly recommend not going to service your vehicle at there shop
