1997 Toyota Camry Fix
Caleb was the technician who fixed my Camry’s alternator. He was very sweet and super knowledgeable in walking me through how to fix the part if I wanted to do it myself. His manager is awesome as well, will be doing business with them again!

Fast service!
My car had a minor issue that I didn’t know was minor, but Sahand did a great job diagnosing the problem and quickly ordering and installing the fix. Service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. We’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so!

Was charged a diagnostic fee when I was told that they weren’t gonna charge me to diagnose.
I made it clear from the beginning that I didn’t wanna put a bunch of money into this old truck from what we discussed from the quotes and for me buying some of my own parts. It should’ve been way under $500 instead it was almost 600.. At the end of the day my truck is running and that’s all I wanted so so I paid a little extra for it. It’s fine.

Best shop in ATX
This is the shop you should give your business to. They are fast, efficient, and go above and beyond to help you out. They were fully transparent about costs, and I left feeling like I got a good deal. Their general manager Sahand was very kind and helpful, and his customer service is the reason I’ll come back for all my car problems! Thank you guys for getting my car fixed so fast!

The only shop I’ll ever take my vehicle too.
Car maintenance along with breakdowns are never fun and trying to find a great shop is also never fun. However, this shop goes above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. From great customer service to mechanics doing amazing work this shop has it all. Words cannot express how much I recommend you take your vehicle here. Oak Knoll Automotive is the best shop in the Austin area hands down.
