Called to get an estimate on hail damage repair. Made an appointment, showed up to my appointment only to be told you don’t need another estimate the one from the insurance company is fine. Made arrangements to drop truck off for work to start. Dropped off my truck, 2 weeks later my insurance company call and says they have approved the work. I call ford and ask why I am just now being told it’s approved when it sat on you lot for two weeks? No answers. Ask when work will actually start 3 weeks later is the answer. Drive back out to get my truck so I can use it for the next three weeks they confirm all parts are in all work will be done when I drop it back off. Get a message from insurance that it should be done by the end of week 5. Call ford at end of week 5 for more run around and it’s going to be another week before it’s done. Run away from this business as fast as you can. Terrible. Makes me question even owning a ford vehicle if they let their shops run this way.
