Complicated Issues that they handle great.
Two insurance companies and many problems that did not involve Old Dominion, they kept me informed and helped at every turn. I recommend them very highly.

Old Dominion is the gold standard
From the initial phone call to the rose in my car when I picked it up, Old Dominion was prompt and accurate in their communications. The quality of the work was superb. Their handling of the details with the insurance company made it painless for me. This organization has been focused on customer satisfaction for decades since Patti took over and as the next generation steps into leadership, it hasn't lost that focus. They make every customer feel like the most important one. It's a standard that anyone dealing withe public should aspire to.

Excellent workmanship
This was a taillight replacement and minor bumper dent fix on my Tesla M3. The repair is immaculate! It took longer than I’d hoped but it was worth it! Plus the car was cleaned inside and out. They even left me a rose and a thank you card showing the experts who did the repair. Extra touches like this are everywhere at this shop from the thoughtfulness evident in the women’s restroom to the after hours pickup/dropoff. A numbered locked key box with a code texted to me returned my key card and a secure key drop box with envelopes and a pen left nothing to chance as I dropped off my rental car. Aside from the perfect repair, the most helpful to me were the office staff, especially Tesla guru, Micah who was patient and also taught me a few Tesla tips—more than I learned from Tesla sales staff when I bought the car over 2 yrs ago. Don’t think you could ask for more in a repair shop, especially one 2 hrs away, but if there is anything, I’m sure this crew will have already thought of it!

Old Dominion, the service couldn’t be better!
When my Mercedes sprinter clipped the bottom of an unmarked Union Pacific railroad bridge, I was referred to Old Dominion by Mercedes-Benz of Eugene. I was received like an old friend by Micah and Amber, who proceeded to take care of every detail from getting me a loaner car and initiating the evaluation of damages, and eventually totaling of my vehicle. I’m totally satisfied!!

I was in an accident and my car was not drivable. It was towed to Old Dominion.
The entire staff was incredibly supportive. They were friendly, honest and informative. They were also compassionate and helpful as I sorted through my options. They gave me useful information to help me decide whether it made sense to repair the car. Ultimately insurance declared it “totaled” and I decided not to repair it. Even though Old Dominion didn’t get a repair job, the staff remained supportive of my choice and helpful in reviewing my plans for getting another car. They even gave me a “good-bye” bag and a red rose. I was overwhelmed and so grateful. I would certainly choose Old Dominion again ( but I hope I never have another auto accident.)

I have never been made to feel so comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation.
At the first phone contact I was made to feel calm and relaxed. Lainie explained every aspect of the process to get my car back to its original condition.
She was very helpful with rental car information.
With every call back I made each person who answered my call was extremely helpful, friendly, supportive and spoke with compassion for my situation.

I’ve been using Old Dominion for years through many cars and many accidents (mostly the other drivers’ fault) They’re patient and understanding, efficient and professional, they get the job done to perfection AND they are an authorized Mercedes repair shop. highly recommended!

Very professional and good commicators
Our car was repaired in a timely manner and they did a great job. They sent updates twice a week. If we ever need collision repair again we will head to Old Dominion

Quality service and great communication
Old Dominion surpassed expectations by maintaining open lines of communication and regular updates on the repair process of my truck. They even went above and beyond when I mentioned to Mikah that I was planning to propose on a trip while my truck was in the shop, and when the truck was done, presented me and my new fiancée with a card congratulating us on our engagement! It was signed by several people in the office. They really know how to make a customer feel like family! Keep up the great work.
