Great customer service!
Jay and Asif (I think that is his name) were very helpful. Jay kept calling in making sure I was okay and made sure everything was clear for me when getting the state inspection as well as how much the parts cost, labor, and time frame. This location definitely has a returning customer!

Work on my car was done promptly
After state inspection I was told about an axle problem that needed attention. Jay the manager was able to get me in the next day to complete the work at a reasonable price. Everyone at the station was pleasant and accommodating.

Great service station!
Have used Old Town Shell for my state inspection test , which was done quickly and professionally one day and then went back a few days later for the 6-month checkup on my2024 Subaru.
Reserved me a spot for the service 30 mins after they opened at 8 am and had the tires rotated, oil changed, and checkups on all fluids and systems 45-mins later!
Great, friendly and affordable place for getting any service done to your vehicles!

Wonderful service
I took my Audi in for a service after my warranty expired. I was so impressed with the service. I got in right away, they were very honest in terms of what service was needed and what was not needed. And the price was very reasonable. I have now found my go to service station!

Thorough analysis, quick replacement
Requested my battery be replaced, based on my recent experience and some internet research. A replacement battery was ordered immediately, but Jay insisted on testing my battery and alternator (no extra charge) before installing the new one to be sure the replacement was necessary. I was charged a fair price for the battery plus a minimal installation charge. I value their advice and appreciate their caring, customer service.

What a GREAT shop! Old Town Shell
