Alternator Not Alternating

I had such a great experience at Orange Empire Auto Repair.

They were the first to respond to my Yelp quote request, within minutes, which immediately set them apart. From the beginning, communication was quick, helpful, and transparent. No vague answers or pressure--just honest information and a straightforward diagnosis.

When I brought my car in for a checkup on the alternator/charging system (according to the error code my Acura displayed), Jose took one quick look under the hood and instantly saw what the issue was. That kind of confidence and experience really put me at ease. It turned out my alternator needed to be replaced due to an oil leak that damaged it, as well as fixing and cleaning up the leak. And he offered to replace the alternator at a discounted rate, which I truly appreciated.

When I went to pick up my car, I remembered that one of my brake lights was out and I asked Jose if he could help me replace it. To my surprise, he offered to do it for me free of charge! Wow!! So very kind of him. It took him all of two minutes. He made it look so easy. That level of thoughtfulness and efficiency is rare and really speaks to the kind of business they run. So, thank you Jose, again!!

Overall, the service was honest, fast, and reasonably priced. I left feeling like I had been treated fairly and that my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable auto repairs without the stress.
