The oil specification for your BMW is 0W-30 BMW Long-Life rating LL-01FE Full Synthetic. This is a Long Life Lubricant and is the proper oil to use for your BMW. The gentelman that you sent in here insisted on using a conventional oil that will reduce your engine and your Turbos useful life. Using the incorrect lubricant on your vehicle is a liability and we would be responsible if anything happened to your Engine/Turbo. This should explain the situation more clearly.
