Great service!
Honest, knowledgeable, respectful, personal service is what you get at Otto’s service .They are a locally owned small business which is a plus. I have had difficulty finding someone knowledgeable to work on my hybrid civic . I have been told by other shops that unless the car gives a code they won’t be able to diagnose my problem even though they could hear the sounds it was making. It’s like they didn’t have the experience or confidence to work on my car. I didn’t have that problem at Otto’s. They will be my go to shop from now on.
